“No hills, no wind, fast ride!” I texted to my family at the halfway point of the Wildflower Challenge out of Austin, Minnesota. This 70 mile ride was turning out to be my fastest ride to date (July 19). The first 36 miles from Austin to Le Roy sped by at an average of 17.7 mph. The rest of the ride was pretty fast, too.
