A Little Bicycle History

My love for riding bikes came at an early age. The first bike I remember was my balloon tire Schwinn. It was a single speed bike, probably from about 1960, that I rode around town with my friends. Oh, how many hours I spent on that bike! We went everywhere, to the store for penny candy, to school, to the hobby shop, to the park to play. At one point I disassembled the bike, sanded and painted the frame and reassembled it. It was beautiful.
